Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation Taliesin West

Project Description: Taliesin West is a National Historic Landmark built between 1937 and 1959. It is the main campus of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, home to the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and one of only a handful of places to see and experience the iconic work of Frank Lloyd Wright first hand. The Taliesin West Bookstore offers a collection of books, gifts, apparel and decorative accessories inspired by the architecture and designs of Frank Lloyd wright. Working with the FLW Foundation and our architectural partners, we evaluated the bookstores current facility and developed both short and long term recommendations and strategies to better align the store in supporting the Foundations mission. As a result of improvement recommendations on store layout, fixtures and overall aesthetic, we achieved the Foundations goals of enhancing the visitor experience to Taliesin West, while optimizing revenue potential and improving operational functions.
